Biography
Lawyer. Pham Thi Thanh Nga has over 14 years of experience in law of enterprise, investment and labour.
Before working at LTT & Lawyers, Ms. Nga used to work for Berkeley Research Group (BRG), a multidisciplinary consulting firm with many of projects in fields of real estate, finance and golf course; Knight Frank Vietnam Company Limited, a company specializing in real estate business and construction projects. As an attorney and inhouse counsel for enterprises, Ms. Nga has successfully supported many business owners, clients, domestic and foreign investors to run the projects of investment and bussiness foundation; supported Clients to draft and negotiate to enter into and execute transactions and contracts in their operation, manufacture and business; provided legal advices and supported Clients to conduct the procedures of trademark registration, application for work permit, temporary residence card, visa for foreign labours in Viet Nam and other legal procedures.
