Biography
Mr. Them has over 13 years of experience in corporate legal issues, internal control and audit when he worked as an inhouse counsel for a joint venture corporation and as an associate lawyer for a leading business law firm in Vietnam. Having worked in both corporate environment and law firm environment, Mr. Them is highly experienced and has a unique set of skills in providing tailored advice and practical legal solutions.
Before being a Founding Partner of LTT & Lawyers Law Firm, Mr. Them has ever worker for two big law firms (InvestConsult Group and Phuoc & Partners) and nearly working as in-house lawyer, Telecom Legal Policy Lead and cum internal controller of the joint venture company between the Ministry of Public Security Vimpelcom Corporation of Russia.
Mr. Them earned his LL.B. at Hanoi Law University (International Law Faculty). During his career, he also acquired other in-depth knowledge via various major professional courses, such as course on arbitration (CIArb), mediation (CEDR), real estate brokerage (Hanoi National Economics University), intellectual property (WIPO & NOIP), internal audit (FMIT Institute), CFA financial investment (FTMS & AFTC) and other short-term professional courses.
Besides, Mr. Them is an author of a great amounts of Articles on The Sai Gon Time (thesaigontime.vn), Bloomberg Magazine and the honored speaker in many seminars and forums.
